Welcome to Sovereign Edge Art. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information All products are marketed and sold as handcrafted artistic sculptures and display pieces. Prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Artistic Variance Our items are hand-knapped artisan works. No two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, texture, size, and fracture patterns are inherent features of the handmade process and are not considered defects. The artifact you receive will be unique to you.

3. Intended Use & Safety Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

  • Product Nature: Our items are non-functional display pieces made of glass and/or stone materials. They are not designed or intended to be used as tools, knives, weapons, or for any cutting tasks.

  • Liability: Sovereign Edge Art is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse of our products.

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge that these items are fragile and should be handled with care solely for display and collecting purposes.

4. Orders & Cancellations Placing an order signifies your full acceptance of these Terms.

  • Cancellations: Because many of our items are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, the crafting process may have already begun and the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping, Customs & Insurance We offer complimentary insured shipping on all orders.

  • Transit Insurance: We insure the package during transit until it is marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Liability Transfer: Responsibility for the product transfers to you immediately upon confirmed delivery. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.

6. Return Policy & Broken on Arrival

  • Damaged on Arrival: Because we ship fragile art, you must inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives broken, you must contact us at info@sovereignedgeart.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged piece. Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement.

  • Standard Returns: For non-damaged items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty We guarantee that each product will match its description as a "hand-knapped art piece" and be free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused after delivery, including but not limited to: dropping the item, impact or pressure, or attempting to cut objects or use the piece as a functional tool.

8. Personal Data & Privacy Your personal information is collected solely for order processing, payment, and shipping. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
