1. Damaged on Arrival (Guaranteed Replacement)
Because our artifacts are fragile glass sculptures, we require you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Reporting Window: If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us at info@sovereignedgeart.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Proof Required: Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging in your email.

Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a Free Replacement of the same (or similar) artifact immediately.

Important: Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred during transit or after usage.
2. All Sales Are Final (No Returns)
Due to the unique, hand-knapped nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preference.

Handmade Variance: Please note that every artifact is a one-of-a-kind piece crafted from natural materials. Slight variations in shape, texture, or color are not considered defects but rather the mark of authenticity.

No "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the item or "don't like it" after receiving it. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We will not provide replacements or refunds for:

User Damage: Items broken due to misuse, dropping, or attempting to cut hard objects (bone, wood, stone). These are delicate glass instruments, not heavy-duty tools.

Late Claims: Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
